Condominium units at The Grove at Fenwick Hall Plantation are now available for purchase as part of an 80-unit apartment-to-condominium conversion by St. Andrews Gardens Investors, LLC of Johns Island. The conversion coincides with current plans by private developers and the City of Charleston to further establish sections of the historic island into a hub of commerce and living with Johns Island being the second largest island on the east coast next to Long Island, New York.
