How Do RCI Points work?
|

|
When you purchase your vacation week or convert an existing vacation week, it’s assigned an RCI Points value, which simplifies the exchange process. The RCI Points value depends on certain factors including the supply and demand at that resort location, the type of unit, season, and evaluations from Members who’ve stayed there. Your RCI Points are made available to you annually, at the beginning of your Use Year.
Once you receive your annual allotment of RCI Points, you can exchange them to make reservations at both Points and weeks resorts, as well as RCI Points Partners for hotels, rental cars, cruises, airfare and entertainment.

Stay at any of the more than 4,000 RCI Points and Weeks affiliated resorts in more than 100 countries. Subject to availability.
Stay a single night or as long as you like at the hundreds of RCI Points resorts.

Managing Your RCI Points® Account

There are several ways you can supplement your RCI Points account.
Save RCI Points to exchange later
If you have remaining RCI Points at the end of your Use Year, we’ll save them into your next Use Year for free, as long as you’ve exchanged some of your points. If you haven’t exchanged any RCI Points, you can still save them for a small transaction fee.
Borrow RCI Points to exchange now
If you don’t have enough RCI Points to book the reservation you want, you can borrow what you need from your next Use Year.
Rent RCI Points to exchange now
If you don’t have enough RCI Points to book the reservation you want, you can also rent additional RCI Points at a low price to complete a reservation.
